“The Psychology of Real-Time Storytelling” with Robert Pratten and Piers Robinson

Tuesday, 8 December 2015, 6.30pm for 7.00pm

‘Storytelling’ is a methodology and tool that allows businesses to implement organisation-wide change; it engages and aligns employees to drive culture and performance whilst drawing consumers into the brand identity and promise. In this BridgeTalks special two-talk event, Robert Pratten will discuss how storytelling can be used to engage customers with a brand, and Piers Robinson will discuss how ‘storytelling’ can be used organisationally to engage employees. While HR and Marketing are often considered separate areas of a business, in this BridgeTalk our two presenters will look at how storytelling can connect these two parts of the business in order to align employee and customer experience.
