BBC: Do we need more entrepreneurs?
The BBC’s economics editor Robert Peston met with our Chairman Luke Johnson to investigate whether some young people should try their hand at being entrepreneurs.
Luke commented: “In the early 190s it was seen at universities as a bit eccentric to run your own company and do a startup. Now I think it has changed completely. There’s been a huge cultural shift and I think it’s seen as a very cool thing to do and that’s why so many well educated and bright young people see it as a first choice”.
Also appearing in the short video was founder of SB.TV Jamal Edwards and founder of London Jewellery School Jessica Rose.
