Last week, CFE hosted Usman Iftikhar, co-founder of Catalysr – the Sydney-based refugee entrepreneurship programme featured in our latest report. Usman was in town to receive the Commonwealth Young Person of the Year award from HRH Prince Harry for his work with refugee entrepreneurs. - ‘Best of British’ enterprise celebrated on Her Majesty the Queen’s birthday
230 businesses were honoured with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise this year. One notable winner is The Source – a Hastings-based BMX wholesaler which converted derelict seafront swimming baths into the world’s largest underground skatepark.
