The short answer – “No, I don’t have any tips, go away”. The long answer, which I usually text back, and should probably have available to copy and paste:

“Things are great, cheers. I’m not actually starting at McKinsey until next October. I’m doing this scheme called the New Entrepreneurs Foundation instead. It’s this pretty cool programme where I get to do an internship with the senior management of a fast growth company while getting a range of classes at LBS, Deloitte, McKinsey and other places.”
