Launch of CFE’s latest podcast series

In Q4 this year, we kicked off a new three-part industry focused podcast series in partnership with London Metropolitan University. These events provided an opportunity for our NEF alumni and wider network to share their extensive industry expertise through lively and engaging panel discussions.

Our first podcast, recorded in November, focused on the Food & Drink industry with guests  including Si Carty (NEF 2016) founder of Amino, Lou Dillon founder of Twisted Kombucha and Lucy Adams founder of Martee’s (spun out of Founders Factory).

The Health & Wellness industry was the second podcast’s focus, where we heard from NEF alumni Jo Barrow founder of Curb and Alexandra Swanepoel founder of Mouthy, alongside Rebecca Donnelly MBE the Former World Thai Boxing Champion & CEO of Fight 4 Change.

Both live recordings were a fantastic success with participants and audience members benefiting from honest and engaging discussions, with one individual teelling us that “in the space of 30 minutes I met 3 people who will be valuable to my startup and that is priceless”.

For those who were unable to attend we will be publishing each discussion as part of a new podcast series for our From the Centre in January 2024. To catch up on previous episodes and get notified when these new podcasts are released in the new year click here.

The new year will see our third event focusing on B2B Tech, so if you’re a founder, operator or just have an interest in this sector we still have availability to attend so sign up here!
