The core of the NEF+ programme is our intensive and interactive learning programme with an array of workshops and resources to support participants in learning new skills and advancing their entrepreneurial ambitions.
The challenges facing the entrepreneurs of today are multi-faceted and ever-changing. We equip our young entrepreneurs with the right skill-set to accelerate their entrepreneurial journeys and launch scalable businesses.
- relevant content
The startup environment moves quickly, and so does our learning programme. The programme structure is loosely based on the lean startup model, but we update and refresh content each year, to reflect both the business environment and the makeup of each new cohort. Topics may include: ideation, branding, building teams and pitching – we keep the specifics private to the NEF+ cohort.
- expert delivery
The learning programme is designed by the Centre for Entrepreneurs team, and delivered by a combination of domain experts – practitioners, academics and NEF+ alumni. What they all have in common is a passion for their subject and practical experience of what they’re teaching.
The learning programme is delivered in parallel with the partner company placement – comprising up to 23 days of workshops and collaboration activities, running between September and June. The culmination of the programme is a series of pitch days each June, where cohort members pitch their businesses to a panel of judges.
